Cupro 4ply

This yarn is almost like a shiny linen, it has a light feel to it, and slightly more airy than our Pima cotton. Although this yarn is ready for dyeing, you will get a much better dye take-up if you take extra steps to prepare the yarn. See here for more information on this. We recommend Procion MX/ Fibre Reactive dyes for this yarn. Natural dyes can also be used. This yarn knits up with a lovely drapey fabric and a soft sheen. Cupro is a really interesting fibre, made from the stalks and leaves of the cotton plant, that would not normally be used.
