Egyptian DK

This has a softer twist than usual for our yarns, it’s blend of alpaca and silk makes the yarn soft, and the linen adds a light texture with a light caramel colour. The yarn looks lovely in the skein. This yarn takes the dye well, colours are slightly muted, and speckles spread.

The resulting fabric is a light summery blend which blocks out really nicely to be a drapey cool fabric considering it contains baby alpaca. Light sweaters from this yarn are exquisite and classic in their look. This would also be nice for shawls and accessories.
