MCN Aran

This is the squishiest, softest, undyed aran-weight yarn ever! It is super-soft and bouncy. It takes the dye really well, and colours appear bright. Speckles can be achieved. The yarn sucks up the dye so very rich colours are possible.

Our swatch was knitted on 5mm needles and the fabric worked well, and had a lovely drape, although a 4.5mm needle would work better for a slightly firmer more robust fabric. This is very soft so perfect for knitting accessories close to the skin. It also makes very luxurious garments.
