Mollis Gris

A fluffy, light grey, alpaca yarn with a cotton core, this 4ply weight yarn can be knitted at different gauges depending on the effect you desire. Sister to 59123 Mollis, this version uses a natural blend of alpaca colours to create a soft, grey base with a cotton core. It is super soft and wonderful next to the skin. When dyed with acid yarns, the yarn takes the dye well, whilst the cotton core maintains its natural cream colour. This is akin to 59107 Cavea but with a more traditional, brushed construction. Mollis will make wonderful sweaters and accessories that are light and airy, but incredibly cosy.
