Sheila's Sock HT - 25 x 20g Minis

One of our favourite high twist yarns. This bouncy base is a joy to dye and knit and looks great in the skein. It sucks up the dye and speckles work really well, as do glazing techniques and pretty much anything you want to do to it. The construction is very robust so can take a hammering. The fabric holds its shape and has a gentle texture on the knit stitches. It can be used for socks, although we have this yarn with nylon type 49128 specifically for socks. This is a superb garment yarn and is a great choice for children’s clothing as it is soft and long lasting. A great allrounder.
