Silky Boucle

This is a very special boucle, it is beautifully soft and shiny and makes a really lovely selection of fabrics depending on how you decide to use it. The yarn takes the dye really well, colours are strong and bright on this yarn, it does speckle too. We suggest either using a small needle, we used 2.5mm, although 2.75 or 3mm would also work to make a compact fabric. This also works nicely paired with something like type 49056 for a more open fabric with a halo. It is great fun pairing this base with other yarns, and this should be exploited.
