Tencel DK

This is a glossy gorgeous yarn, a silk substitute for those wanting something Vegan. This yarn dyes so nicely, the shine elevates colours and makes them look almost iridescent. We recommend Procion MX/Fiber reactive dyes for this yarn as it is a cellulose base. Natural dyes can also be used. Metallic colours work well on this yarn. Speckles can be achieved, but they do tend to spread. Please see the notes on fibre preparation here to get the best out of this yarn.
