A sweater version of That Yak Sock, this yarn is a gorgeous dark sophisticated base on which to dye classic colours. The yarn is soft with a gentle shine. The yarn sucks up the dye and makes the colours appear rich and intense. The yak provides a cashmere softness to it, and the yarn blocks out spectacularly creating a really drapey fabric with really lovely neat stitch definition. This makes super shawls, cardigans, sweaters, and anything else you can think of, we would not recommend it for socks, instead use That Yak Sock base type 49177.
