About This Yarn

This is probably our strongest sock yarn. Bluefaced Leicester is a really robust fibre. This yarn has a toothy texture and makes great socks. We’ve heard of customers wearing their socks for years! The yarn takes the dye very well, and speckles really well. For a super tight gauge knit on 2.25mm needles, and for a slightly lighter fabric use 2.5mm.

Suitable for a warp and weft.
