About This Yarn

This is something a little different. It combines Abaca paper and cotton into a light textured yarn. It takes dye really well (we recommend Procion MX dyes, or natural dyes for this yarn). The resulting fabric is light with almost a twisted paper texture. This would make a great yarn for summer tops, but also light shawls and wraps. The yarn softens as its worked. Although this would work as a warp, it may not quite be strong enough, testing would be needed.
